【简介】

张树华，1986年于南开大学毕业后分配到中国社会科学院苏联东欧研究所工作。1990年国家公派赴莫斯科大学攻读研究生。1994 年获博士学位。回国后历任中国社会科学院俄欧亚所副研究员、研究员、研究室主任。2004 年起任政治学所比较政治研究室主任、所长助理、博士生导师。2007 年任中国社科院图书馆(文献信息中心)副馆长。2011 年负责组建中国社会科学院信息情报研究院并担任首任院长。2019年4月任中国社会科学院政治学研究所所长、研究员、博士生导师、政治学系学位委员会主任，中国社会科学院世界社会主义研究中心副主任，中国社会科学院国际中国学研究中心主任。

社会兼职：中国人民政治协商会议第十三届全国委员会人口资源环境委员会委员、北京市东城区人大常委会副主任。

研究方向：中国政治、世界政治、比较政治、苏联 - 俄罗斯研究、民主化问题、功勋荣誉制度。曾在国内外报刊发表论文、研究报告及文章 400 余篇，出版专著(译 著)30 余部(其中专著、主编 10 余部)，研究成果多次获中国社科院优秀科研成果奖和优秀对策信息奖。曾主持或参加 10 余项国家社会科学基金项目、中国社科院重大(重点)课题研究。

主要代表作：《私有化是福?是祸?——俄罗斯经济改革透视》《中外功勋荣誉制度》《民主化悖论——冷战后世界政治的困境与教训》《新民主观与全面政治发展》《俄罗斯之路30年：国家变革与制度选择》等。

ZHANG, Shuhua

Director of the Institute of Political Science of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences (CASS), Editor-in-chief of the Social Sciences Abroad journal, Ph.D. mentor in the Graduate School of CASS, and member of the 11th ,12th and the 13th National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC ).

Proficient in Russian, ZHANG graduated from Nankai University in 1986 and got his PhD in political Science from Moscow State University in 1994. After graduation, he has been working for CASS, once in the Institute of Russia, Eastern Europe, Central Asian Studies, Institute of Political Science and Library (Survey and Data Information Center), and Institute of Information Studies. His research focuses on world politics, Soviet Union-Russia issues and comparative politics. During past 30 years, he has published more than 400 articles and research papers at home and abroad as well as more than 30 books, including The selected Works of Putin. He has received many awards in his research and directed or participated in more than 10 national projects on social sciences.
